We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be avaible once your return is received. Therefore, we highly recommend placing the correct item/size you would like due to the clothing fabrics.

*Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE
Please inspect your order immediatley upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective/incorrect merchandise contact us with 2 days of receipt.No exceptions.
RETURNING
Return shipping is soley the customers responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while transit.
Once your package is received please allow our Return Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with status of your return.
REFUND
We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fees paid only on candles and wax melts merchandise.
